Moonshot Brewing To Open In Kennewick

Ryan Wattenbarger Moonshot Brewing

One of the best parts of living in Washington is the abundance of world-class hops and the flourishing local artisans that turn them into craft beer. Local brewmaster Ryan Wattenbarger (former Snipes Mountain Brewery Brewmaster and Badger Mountain Winery Production Manager) and his wife Hillary recently worked with James Wade to open their new mico-brewery Moonshot Brewing, leasing space in a building owned by James’s client James Zook. Located in the heart of the Gage & Columbia Center market and built to their spec, their new location at 8804 W Victoria is set to be not only a great place to sample some of Washington’s best beer, but also the perfect place to catch a Sounders game.

Local Doctors Use Building Sale to Make Global Impact

Dr. Zirkle with patient Sign Fracture Group

Dr. Lewis Zirkle and the Cadwell family recently listed and sold their 8,392 SF office building at 1045 Jadwin in Richland with Commercial Agent James Wade of The Kenmore Team. The new space was sold to Dr. Lorenzo who will be remodeling it to expand his practice. Dr. Zirkle and the Cadwell family then donated over $400,000 from the proceeds of the sale to Sign Fracture Care. Sign Fracture Care is a humanitarian group whose innovative implant technology helps low income workers and children in developing countries recover from fractured bones and avoid lifelong disability. The innovative SIGN IM Nail Systems are manufactured right here in Richland, and enable doctors who don’t have access to C-arms (real-time x-ray) or power equipment to treat patients who would otherwise suffer. Since Dr. Zirkle founded the organization in 1999 they’ve helped over 100,000 patients around the world recover from fractures.

Bob & Annie Nash Buy Flat Top Events Center

Flat Top Events Center

Buying commercial real estate with an existing business onsite is one of the best ways to get cash flow from day one. That was the case when Bob and Annie Nash recently purchased the Flat Top Events Center. With 10 weddings already booked and more being added each day, the space provided immediate cash flow and provides a great space for their other venture, Gather 4 Him Christian College to hold graduations and student events.

On top of the immediate benefits, the property has space for two more buildings and is located right at the corner of Van Giesen and Bombing Range road, one of the busiest intersections in West Richland.

Sculpt Thrives In New Location

James Wade and client Lindsey from Sculpt

Sometimes people fear change, but it can be exactly what a person or business needs. James client Lindsey Kirby was working as a registered nurse when she felt the calling to make some changes. Starting within, Lindsey transformed her health, combining each new health strategy she encountered with her knowledge from nursing. Once she fell in love with a plant based nutrition line from Zija, she was soon traveling the country sharing her experience with the products.

During her travels she gained knowledge of LED light and infrared therapy, yoga, and cryotherapy to name a few. Equipped with both personal experience and professional training, Lindsey launched Sculpt, a state-of-the-art bio hacking facility where innovation meets mind and body. After launching and growing her business it was time for another change, this time to a newer, bigger location.

Lindsey worked with James to find a location that fits her brand and business needs, and has already added over 100 new members! Checkout Sculpt and give James a call if you are ready to make a change.

Porter’s BBQ Expansion

Being able to help a hard-working “kid” who played baseball with your youngest son grow his business from a food cart to two locations and a commercial kitchen back in his hometown is a special experience. One of my favorite parts of commercial real estate is seeing my client’s visions become a reality, from dance studios to corporate headquarters, every client has specific needs that when met, will enable their business to go to the next level. Connecting the right pieces of the network I’ve built to benefit local businesses brings me great satisfaction, and when I saw the new grill’s fired up at Porter’s kitchen and the massive line of people at the grand opening, I am especially grateful for all the amazing clients I serve.
