This transaction proves that sometimes helping clients win requires a little creativity. James was working with an out of town broker looking to lease retail space in Tri Cities when they were reviewing some retail space for lease at 1250 North Louisiana in Kennewick. The property seemed like a good fit and by the end of the transaction instead of leasing the space, the Spokane Group purchased it for $1.8 million. Although the property was not listed for sale originally, the transaction worked out well for everyone involved thanks to unrealized solutions.
