When James Wade began showing his listing at 3180 W Clearwater to Matt Burkhead of Providence Baptist Church Matt’s vision was one step closer to reality, but his timeline was very tight. One of the best parts of Providence Baptist was the way their congregation volunteered to upgrade flooring, add walls, and make the space their own. The 4-year lease was signed on June 5th and occupancy began July 1st. To protect both groups the lease has an option to break at 36 months but the tenants would repay the cost of materials supplied for the upgrades.
