D’s Wicked Cider owner Dan Washam is a multi-industry entrepreneur like many of James clients who had a unique situation. He owned a great piece of commercial real estate and a thriving cider business operating out of it but wanted to cash in on the real estate while retaining a favorable lease for his business. Working with James to strike the perfect deal for both parties, he was able to sell the building and lock-in a great lease and is now focused solely on his core business D’s Wicked Cider.
