This project went the distance with James helping his clients Dr. Banta and Dr. Qunell buy land, build a building to expand their business, Center Vision Clinic, and now securing INB Bank – a high-credit tenant – to generate rental income from extra space on the property. The project involved modifying the Binding Site Plan on their building to create the high demand space.
